Business Booker terms and conditions
- All applications for a business booker corporate rate are subject to approval. Applicants will be notified in writing to confirm whether the application has been successful.
- All bookings made using a corporate rate code are subject to availability and can only be used for hotel stays in the UK.
- All bookings are subject to Wetherspoon’s Hotel Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, which can be found at https://hotels.jdwetherspoon.com/terms-and-conditions/. In the event of any conflict between the Hotel Terms and Conditions and these Business Booker Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
- Corporate rate codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
- It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that the relevant corporate rate code is entered at the time the booking is made, in order to unlock the corporate rates. Wetherspoon will not be responsible for retrospectively amending the rate for any stay if the booker fails to input the code at the time of booking, and is subsequently charged the normal rate.
- Corporate rate codes are specific to the company approved by Wetherspoon for business booking and may not be shared outside of the company to which the code is granted.
- Wetherspoon reserves the right to cancel any corporate rate code in any of the following circumstances:
- If Wetherspoon becomes aware of, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, any unauthorised use of the code or disclosure of the code to an associated third party.
- If any guest, or any member of their party, breaches any of the Wetherspoon’s Hotel Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, clause 10 (Guest Behaviour).
- For any booking made using the corporate rate code, the company shall be liable for any losses incurred by Wetherspoon as a result of the booking, including but not limited to, any damage caused to the room by the guest(s).
- Wetherspoon reserves the right to withdraw or amend corporate rates at any time, for any reason.
- In the event of any cancellation or withdrawal of corporate rates or an individual corporate rate code, the company will be notified by email.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Business Booker Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
